On-Site Installation and/or Integration

If you require a large installation, integrating many different devices, it will nearly always be more cost effective to use our on-site services. In one day we can accomplish the same or better than a novice user would in a month. Integration of PrintFaqtory with an existing application/database is not for the inexperienced and it only makes sense to have this type of integration performed by consultants who have done it all before, many times, to very diverse systems. In addition to our expertise and access to the source code for unique customer requirements, all required copies of PrintFaqtory are provided at a 50% discount.

For this service we charge US$1,250 per on-site day (or part day), excluding normal costs (flights, hotels etc). A minimum charge of 2 days (US$2,500) is applied in all cases. Travel time is not charged at the full rate but at US$50 per hour for less than 8 hours and US$35 per hour for over 8 hours.

To get an accurate as possible quotation for your installation/integration requirements send e-mail to onsite@webfaqtory.com including as much information as possible i.e. existing database schemas, instrument/PLC model numbers, network diagram, all printed reports, full system description etc. etc. The better informed we are regarding your requirements beforehand, the less time we are likely to spend on site.
